# New search and contact tabs, plus GPT-4o support

**Summary:** Add a search tab and a contact tab to your components, review unanswered and downvoted questions, and benefit from new GPT-4o support.

- There's now a __search tab__ that can be used to look up similar content to the question that was asked. If no question was asked yet, the AI will find content similar to the page that the user is on. The search tab can also be used to find similar tickets via the team assistant.

- You can also add a __contact tab__ to your AI components so that your users can get in touch directly when needed.

- You can now review __commonly unanswered questions__ & __most downvoted questions__ at a glance via the [Performance tab](https://unless.com/en/dashboard/analyze/performance "Unless dashboard - Performance tab").

- New settings have been added to the __team assistant configuration__. It is now possible to add a logo, a starting message, and a placeholder.

- UI improvements have been made to the quality control report.
