# Export conversations and the compliance controls tab

**Summary:** Download conversations as a CSV file for deeper analysis, and find everything about privacy and security in the new compliance controls tab.

- You can now __download conversations as a CSV file__, opening up the possibility for deeper analysis with as many filters as you like. On the [Conversations page](https://unless.com/en/dashboard/analyze/conversations "Unless dashboard - Conversations tab"), click "*Export conversations*" and specify the dates for which you want to receive the export. You’ll get an email once your export is ready to download.
